Pricing & Minimums
Minimum Chef Service Fee: $600 (for parties of 10 or less)
Chef Service Rate: $75 per person
Ingredient Cost: Priced separately, Ingredient costs are calculated after menu selection based on market pricing and sourcing and will be provided prior to booking confirmation.

Plated dinners begin at $95 per person
A $2,500 minimum is required to book(before add-ons, travel, and tax)

4-Course Dining Structure
Each experience is thoughtfully designed to deliver a balanced, elevated flow of courses.
Your menu will include:
Starter Course - A light, flavorful introduction (ex: salad, soup, or composed starter)
Appetizer Course - A warm or chilled small plate to build the experience
Entrée Course - Choice of 2–3 entrée options, served with curated starch and vegetable pairings
Dessert Course - A sweet finish to complete the experience
Menus are curated in advance to ensure proper timing and execution. No day-of menu changes or substitutions will be accommodated.
Staffing & Service Structure
To ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience, professional wait staff is required.
Recommended ratio: 1 server per 6–10 guests
$50 per hour, per server (2-hour minimum)
Staffing is calculated based on guest count and included in your custom quote.
